We want every homeowner who reaches out to Cancelledengagement Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Cancelledengagement Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@cancelledengagement.living and include:
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
